Very interesting and growly song. I like how it starts out and leads into a very hard melodic sequence. The bass really pops in this one too. You also use your synths and pads very well to help with the space and atmosphere. Great work, keep it up :)

Warkauze responds:

Thank you!

This was beautiful, dramatic and overall so feeling provoking! I loved it. The mastering is very realistic to what you would hear in an orchestral setting and sounds like it could easily fit in a game or movie score. Reminds me of some smash ultimate songs for some reason but I mean that in all the good ways haha. And the ending was very well done too, a very nice wrap to a subtle introduction :)

Great work, keep it coming!

HollandAlbright responds:

Thank you so much! Smash has some great music! :)

Very beautiful, definitely spacey too! I love the intro, and how instruments slowly add on to each other. They all work very well together, and when the drop comes it's very exciting! I love the actiony feel you made, and the atmosphere of the track in general. Just overall it's a very nice song! Keep up the great work :)

Maxidae responds:

Your feedback is very appreciated, thank you :)

I hope you won, this sounds amazing! Very happy and energetic, with very punchy sounds. And I love the acid effect you put throughout too, it really adds to the space of the song. Great work, keep it up!

ZoidNG responds:

i've won in that contest, and i've also loved and had fun making this track back in july and yeah the acid sounds were a nice addition to it, if you want you can make a remix out of it, send me an message so i can give you the melody's MIDI

This is awesome! It sounds like it would have fit very well in the SA/Heroes games because it's like a mix of their older and more modern styles. But there's a lot of your own originality in this which is awesome! If I could suggest something, it's to amp up the bass, and make certain melodical instruments a bit more quiet as they protrude a bit more (like the violin during some parts). Otherwise it's really good. Keep up the great work :)

Jxudo responds:

Thank you! Yeah I'm still trying to figure out mastering well... Very difficult with the audio setup I have haha. Glad you liked it!

I don't think I'd ever imagine a song made using Shadow the Hedgehog voice lines but this is amazing lmao

HG-HL responds:

Lmao thanks dude!

Very beautiful, it really feels like you're telling a story through your composition :)
The instrumentation choice was very good, and the way you used those instruments together was very well done. They all have their moment to shine and melt into each other seamlessly. The mood is constantly cycling throughout as well from curious, to exciting, to relaxing, and so on. I have so much more I can say, but in short it's just very beautiful and you've done an amazing job, keep up the amazing work :D

Everratic responds:

Thanks for the kind review!

The sounds in this are so crisp, the mixing sounds perfect! I love the slow pickup and the unexpected drop, and everything past that sounds really good too. Would probably work perfect in a fighting game or some kind of intense loading menu lol. And a little extra thing but I love the water sound, it really adds to the atmosphere. Awesome work, keep it up!

AeriuIka responds:

Thnx man I appreciate all the compliments and I'm happy you enjoyed the track tht much. Never thought about it being in a fighting game b4 but I can definitely see the potential. I do also love using water in my tracks :)

Very pretty, calming and beautiful. I like the instruments you used, they sounded pretty bubbly and dreamy. Listening to this in general made me feel really happy :)

Great work, keep it up!!

GuitARBEn responds:

Thank you very much!

This really does sound like metroid and madness mixed together, I love it! Very alien like with a strong action edge. The synths and panning in this are amazing, I really enjoy the way you make everything work together. I can even see this be used in a cool game with a more intense swamp area like you mentioned in the description. Amazing work, keep it coming!

RixskyPeasant responds:

Thank you so much! I love the detailed analysis here. I'm a major fan of sounds that shift across the headphones and just tingle the ears so your mentioning of the panning makes me super happy C:

Yeah, I was really happy with how the mix of vibes came together. I plan on my "Cheshcore" style is a mix of Cheshyre's traditional style with a Metroid Edge and the use of the Prime patches like the Whistle Sine used for the lead which I recreated from the Original Patch using Omnisphere.

Expect a lot more like this! Thank you so much for the feedback! C:
