This was pretty cool! My favorite part is when the piano kicks in, the song starts to feel very emotional with it. The whole song kind of feels like an intense boss battle, and the crushed instruments make it sound industrial. Great work as always, keep it up :D

Thanks so much :)

I feel like I haven't heard Synthwave I really like in a while, this one was great! Great transitions, fun and entertaining progression, and beautiful melody. It feels like not at one point of this song did it ever get stale or boring, and just kept getting more interesting as it went on. The only thing I would suggest though, is maybe mixing this so that the bass is slightly more prominent and would really make the song "pop" if that makes sense. But otherwise it's awesome, great work! Keep it up :)

Спасибо большое! Да, ты прав, басс куда-то утонул, но в ФЛМ я пока не умею делать нормальное микширование из-за больших ограничений, но я стараюсь

This did sound really cozy, I think you nailed it! It has a cute atmosphere, but also just generally feels very good and relaxed. Kind of puts the picture in my head of sitting in a nicely decorated room in a comfy couch or something with the sun beaming through a big window haha. Great work, keep it coming!!

Voscal responds:

Thanks for the feedback! That's almost the exact vision I had in my head while making this, glad its giving the correct vibe :)

Very relaxing and beautiful song. The "emptiness" (not really emptiness but I'm not sure how to refer to it, the calm and non energetic space of the song) feels desolate, kind of like a desert, so I feel like the title fits! The progression is slow and beautiful, kind of feels like something to slowly drift off to sleep to. Also the instruments you used were really fitting for the atmosphere of the track, and are generally just really pretty too. Great work, keep it up! :D

MashinaFM responds:

thank you!

so, i do un-apologetically sample quite a bit. but! i did have to switch out the bass lines and one of the pads to prevent some muddiness and crackling in the master. so I really appreciate that you liked some of the instruments I did use <3

I was thinking the song was gonna sound scarier because of the title but it was actually very sweet and happy! All the instruments you used sounded really cool together, and I was especially surprised at some point after the 2 minute mark where there was a somewhat orchestral like section between EDM-y parts. The sidechain-y dance parts were definitely my favorite, they sounded kinda nostalgic and very uplifting. Kol hakavod, keep it up!!

DerpcatOfficial responds:

thank you means a ton!!

Sounds like something I'd hear in a sea side bar late at night, I really love it :)
The guitar sounds like it's being played emotionally, and the reverb makes the song sound really passionate. The drums are also on point, I wouldn't be able to tell you played them with a MIDI keyboard haha. Amazing stuff as always, keep it up :D

GuitARBEn responds:

Thank you so much!

You guys hit the nail on the head with this one! It definitely sounds like something that came right out of Mario Kart, but also the instruments you used and various other factors made this song sound "chilly"! The melody is really beautiful, and the tempo is fast enough to be fitting for a race. My favorite instrument in this track is the accordion, and how you articulated it. Great work guys, keep it up!!

Everratic responds:

Thank you for the wonderful review! I'm glad you noticed these details :D

I like this! It's smooth and kind of mysterious, the title makes me think of exploring a foggy and uncharted island or something. I really enjoy the progression and the choice of instruments you have too. Great work as always, keep it up :)

BusanBlack responds:

Thanks octopus!

This was such a fun listen :D
I like the energy in it, and the samples are great! Percussion was also really fitting and helped boost the song for sure. I like the bridge segment the most, it was a really cool in between part before the segments repeated again. Great work as always, keep it up :D

wineplume responds:

thank you for the review! yeah, this is an energetic track, but before considering that i tried to make a track that'd sound relatively calm, but... you can see i failed lmao. the "bridge segment" is just some extra bit of fun i incorporated into the track, i think it sounds somewhat nice :)

This sounds like a mix of spacey, night time, and relaxing music, but most importantly it's very beautiful :)
The progression on this is great, the melody feels like it flows very naturally from one point to the next, and there is a constant sense of wonder throughout the song too. The instruments you picked are great for this as well, and I especially like the FM ring-y sound that appears sometimes. Generally feels like a very 80s/early 90s soundscape. Great stuff, keep it coming :D

trevor8 responds:

haha; i love those ringy fm bells too!
thank you so much!
