This really would sound great for a low intensity ride through a city at night, and has great retro vibes, love it! I like the instruments you used, and the timing of when they come in as well. The transitions sounded nice too. The atmosphere of the song also has this kind of melancholic and deep feeling to it, which is great for the theme of a city as well. Awesome work, keep it up!

Great music to zone out to, it's very reflective and curious. It does sound a little sad, but kind of instills a calmness all the way up until the end. This is probably because of the steady beat and progression of the song, as well as the calm instruments you used. I liked listening to it! Great work, keep it coming :)

Thank you!!

I see what you mean by non formulaic, but I think the result is super cool! The slightly inconsistent beat (I forgot the name of it) is really cool, it makes the song feel drowsy and stumbly, but also very magical and wonderful. To me a lot of the lo-fi stuff I hear sounds samey, but the way you wrote this just feels like something that stands out a lot on its own. I also really like the instruments you used, and how you articulated and even timed them. Amazing work, keep it up!!

Vexilion responds:

I'm blanking out on it too even though I know for a fact I know what it's called

It's a very nice cinematic and desolate song. It has one kinda consistent atmosphere throughout while pondering on sad emotions and maybe slight hopelessness. Reading your description, I think it fits very well too. Great work as always, keep it up :)

crispybatteryacid responds:

Thank you! That’s the vibe I was going for :)

Very nice! I like the bright and happy progression, as well as the instruments you chose for this. Not only do the instruments fit thematically, but they also sound very nice together and well articulated, especially the guitar. It also has a very danceable vibe too! For some reason it kind of reminds me of the composition style in a lot of Club Penguin tracks, not sure why but it instantly reminded me of that haha. Awesome work though, keep it up!!

Preds responds:

oh!! thank you so much! I LOVE the Club Penguin music, so that’s a nice compliment, thankuuuu

I think you did a great job at making this sound dreamy :)
The song is really beautiful for its progression, effects, and instruments. It starts off light before going deeper, and the steady percussive beat helps keep the song going at a calming pace. Around 1:14 the song feels like it starts soaring which is really pretty too. I think you did an amazing job, keep it up!

Lehikos responds:

Wow, thank you! Your words mean a lot.

I'm glad you enjoyed :)

This sounds just like 2000s techno that I fell in love with, I love this so much!! It really reminds me of Nokia ringtones for some reason haha, but in general I just love the arps, the melody, and the percussive backing. It felt super nostalgic listening to this, and it felt perfectly made and mixed. Awesome work, keep it up!!!

Griphinx responds:

Thanks for your comment brother

Sounds pretty and dancey! Kind of has a house vibe to it, and a lot of the instruments you used created kind of a chilly but pretty atmosphere. I love the layers you introduce as the song goes on too, they make the song sound fun and not get boring. There are some crackles I feel but that might be a headphones issue on my end haha. Great work, keep it up!

ty for the review!

This sounded nice and atmospheric :)
The steady beat kinda helped make the song calm, and the instruments such as the guitar and mallets you used helped further instill that relaxed feeling. Feels like a great song to space out to. Great stuff, keep it up!

AshoXD responds:

thankyuuuuu!!!!

This was really nice, I found it calming and pretty to listen to in the morning as the light starts to hit my room :)
It sounds spaced out-y, and the instruments you chose are also nice and spacey. I like the effects and fades you put in the track too, they help increase the already established calm atmosphere and make the song entrancing. Great work, keep it up :D

Domido responds:

Thank you so much. I wanted to make it relaxing and spacey especially since I am in a very stressful time and music helps me calm down.
I am planning on doing a whole series of songs and always try out a different "space ambient", so happy you like it!
