The mallets, percussion and panning make this song feel like a brain massage haha, I love it :)

This sounded nice and atmospheric :)
The steady beat kinda helped make the song calm, and the instruments such as the guitar and mallets you used helped further instill that relaxed feeling. Feels like a great song to space out to. Great stuff, keep it up!

thankyuuuuu!!!!

I like how the song starts out calm and then just gets chaotic towards the second third, it's really interesting! Kind of makes me imagine falling, like this track playing when you fall down some cool tunnel in a video game or something. I really like the rhodes piano you used and then how y layered it with a different piano later on, in combination with the other instruments it sounds really cool. I also really like how you managed to pull off the intensity shift, it was super cool! Great work, keep it coming :D

This sounds so groovy, awesome! It feels beachy or something you'd hear on a boardwalk, especially with its fun and kinda laid back energy. I love the wobbly bass you used, and the brass instruments all sound so well articulated. Also the combo of the acoustic instruments and the chiptune instruments worked so well here, and added further to the unique atmosphere of the song. Progression is also great, it changes up throughout and makes the song more interesting I think. Amazing work, keep it up!

This was really nice, I found it calming and pretty to listen to in the morning as the light starts to hit my room :)
It sounds spaced out-y, and the instruments you chose are also nice and spacey. I like the effects and fades you put in the track too, they help increase the already established calm atmosphere and make the song entrancing. Great work, keep it up :D

Domido responds:

Thank you so much. I wanted to make it relaxing and spacey especially since I am in a very stressful time and music helps me calm down.
I am planning on doing a whole series of songs and always try out a different "space ambient", so happy you like it!

Woah, this sounds so symphonic! Like an actual piece I'd hear at a concert hall or something. The instruments are so well articulated, both in terms of dynamics and just flair. I love the moods you cycle through, and at times it feels cold and desolate while at others it feels mighty and magical. In my opinion, being able to cycle like that just through articulation of instruments is part of what makes a symphony feel reel, it evokes strong and different kinds of emotions. Your track feels like a story on its own, which is perfect, so I really think you hit the nail on the head here. The only thing I'd suggest is that around 3:27 to 3:39 there's a little bit of distortion due to how loud it is (probably something that can be fixed via mixing) but honestly that's my only nitpick! But yeah this is honestly amazing work, I don't come by a lot of symphonic stuff on Newgrounds, so I just wanted to say awesome composition and keep it up!!

Oh and the ending is amazing and a beautiful finale to the piece, absolutely awesome! (kind of reminded me a bit of Dvorak for some reason)

Etingi responds:

Thank you so much for listening and commenting, it's very appreciated! Your compliments to my composition mean the world, truly! I'll definitely see if I can go into the mixer and mess around with things to fix it so I will absolutely keep that in mind. Once again, thank you so much for listening!

Nice! The beginning reminded me a bit of a song (forgot the name) from a game called Need for Madness, I think the bass lead was very similar so I got a bit of a throwback from it haha. I like the chaos in the song, and the melody still being cohesive and stuff throughout. The middle part transitioning like that was also a really cool touch! The progression in general is really nice. Great stuff overall, keep it up!

This sounds like a mix between Eurodance and late 2000s techno, I love it! A large chunk of my childhood was listening to stuff like this haha. This specific song reminded me for some reason a bit of DJ Mangoo's Eurodancer and a bit of DJ Splash, but still with your own unique original melody and style. It's definitely danceable, and you also chose some great leads and synths for this. Awesome stuff, keep it up!

Thanks!

Interesting beat :)
Kind of makes me think about riding the subway at night for some reason. It has a calmness to it, a looming gloomyness maybe, and a city feel too with the percussion and ambience. It's a cool combo all together honestly and what makes this song unique I think. Great work once again, keep it coming!

Ei8hty responds:

It's very similar to what I was going for, so I'm glad I hit the mark!

Love the energy on this, and the melody was really fun and dancy! Just wish it was longer haha. Great work, keep it up :)
