Oooh I love this :D
Very moody, the sub bass really helps push the song along with the emotionality. It sounds really chill yet somehow still a little exciting and hopeful. It's hard to describe why I really like this, but I think it's awesome and you should keep up the awesome work :)

Uvo0 responds:

thanks a lot dude)) glad you liked it <3

This is amazing music for the cinematic genre! I can definitely imagine something like this being in a score for a movie, which is perfect. The melody never stays still and is always moving, the harp glissando was a genius touch, and the drum line was extremely fitting. Keep up the amazing work!

metalblinga responds:

Thank you so much! 😊
The harp was a last minute thing and felt like something that needed to happen in the song. I wanted to add so much more, but then I'd be at my desk all day lol

This sounds like something that would be perfect for a jungle level in a game, I'm not sure I can explain why. But I love it! I always really like it when softer bell melodies are mixed in with harsher genres like dubstep, it always provides for a cool unique feeling. The instrumentation choice was just great in general. Keep up the awesome work!

Synfang responds:

Thank you! :D

Never thought of a jungle level feel to this, TBH; the drops almost make me think of a boss battle, but the rest of it doesn't give me that feeling. ...maybe I should do a jungle themed song one day though...

Very interesting and melancholy, I like it! Your usage of VST's was clearly good, and the bassline is perfect for synthwave. It's short but nice. Keep it coming :)

cmonster responds:

thanks man it is greatly appreciated

The dubstep part gets really interesting, great job! Since this is a WIP, I thought I might suggest working a little more on the drop to make it sound more intense kinda? It already sounds good but I think a bit more intensity would be awesome. Can't wait to hear the complete version!

Wolfeni responds:

I thought of a growl to start the drop, but I really don't know how to structure that, tho thank you for the feedback ! Much appreciated uwu

An extended version would definitely work wonders for this! I usually am not a huge fan of vocals but in this case it really complimented the whole track. The lyrics are actually very warm and nice too. I think my favorite though is the intermission between verses where there are some cool strange chops and sounds. Hope you make an extended version sometime later, and keep up the great work :)

vermeen responds:

i'm very flattered, thanks! i'm taking a rest off this week though but i'm definitely extending it!

That DX piano really turns up the nostalgia factor! The synths you used, the progression you have, and just the composition itself really makes this song feel like it belongs in the 80's. It's really great, and even relaxing in some ways. It builds up tension and then releases it in a very satisfying way as well. Keep it up :D

trevor8 responds:

haha, thanks! i really love the early fm sounds and try to get as close to replication as reason permits!

Very interesting melodies, and I'm fascinated with how you made them work at the same time! This sounds like it could easily be a beautiful contemporary classical composition. It's also really giving off a very heart warming feeling and just an overall feeling of peace. Keep making more beautiful and touching music :)

TheLightOI responds:

Thank you so much!!

This sounds very enticing and like it builds up to something cool! Love the arps, and the sound choice too. I think it would be cool if it built up to more maybe in the last quarter, but it sounds great just as is :)

Keep it coming!

GoogieBeatz responds:

Thanks! I would have done more with the second half if I had the file space for it, lol

This sounds like something that plays during sunset at a beachside restaurant, I love it! It gives me so much memories for some reason lol, I guess it's just really pleasant. Nice work, keep it up :)

strawbbyofficial responds:

thank you!! I was feeling really down on myself about music. I appreciate the nice words.
