Sounds mysterious and desolate, nice! The chiptune/synthwave hybrid is pretty cool, I think you did a good job of balancing them both. There's a lot of interesting instruments too and some cool effects. Great work, keep it up as always :)

Thank you very much for your support and motivation! I appreciate your comment!

You should be proud, the soundscape in the beginning does sound very nice and clean! It immediately helps establish the atmosphere. The melody that comes after is very beautiful, and relaxing. Another mood that the song kinda generates is the feeling of the "end" if that makes sense? Like there's nothing after, or that there's nothing to do. It's very fitting to the title. But yeah awesome work, keep it up!

It's always my goal to be able to communicate the right feelings through my music, so I'm really glad I got those feelings across. Thank you for listening!

Epic pizzicato string intro!!
I didn't know this is what this song was called lol, when the song started I was thinking huh this sounds familiar. Now I know why haha. The remix is awesome though! So much energy, and still definitely keeps that hopeful energy. Feels so climactic though, like you're already at the end of something and about to win. Your remix brought in great energy in general and made a completely fresh take on an already good song. Not always do you see people remix a good song and make it sound familiar yet new at the same time! Also I really love the bit crushed part, and the part that follows right after, it's really beautiful. Awesome work, keep it up!

Vexilion responds:

I'm glad you enjoyed the stringed and bitcrushed segments, those were some of my favorites things to create in this remix (besides the drop of course). Thanks for the cool in depth review and don't you worry, I love making music so you can expect to see more from me :)

I was wondering why the rhythm sounded so interesting, and it's because it seems like this song is in 7/4 haha. It's a cute song, very calm and something to zone out to. The melody while being repetitive always gets decorated with some kind of varied percussion or harmonic instrument. Just great work in general, keep it up!

dijek responds:

Thank you so much for listening! Yeah it’s non-metric time (5/4 or something). I have another song that goes 7/8 for 4 bars to 4/4 for 4 bars, so I like to mix it up a little 😎

Very powerful and exciting song! I love how fast everything feels and how chaotic it is. Feels like a very climactic boss fight in a game. The instruments you chose are pretty cool and impactful. And the pitch change at the end is my favorite part! Keep up the great work :)

Lnttt responds:

thank you! i'm trying to diversify my songs and make them more unique, so they don't all sound the exact same. this is probably the most unique song i've made by far though

This definitely has a heavenly feeling towards it, kind of mysterious and humbling. I like the vibrato you added to the main instrument, and I also think every instrument fit very well into the chiptune style. Great work, keep it up :D

ImmanentDeath responds:

Thank you, I also like it when the beep boop gets wiggly

These are all pretty nice ideas lol, a lot of them also remind me of mid 2000s nokia ringtones fsr. Honestly I think all of them are worthy of being finished, but my favorite is either 2 or 3. Hard choice when all of them sound very good! Anyways keep it up, excited to see what you end up making :)

OVERSCORE responds:

Thank you, we’ll see which one ends up getting finished!

Very dramatic and powerful, this is awesome! I dunno what you mean about the guitars because I love them haha. The percussion is perfect, and so is the mixing; the drums really pop. I also love the change of mood in the middle briefly, but in general this whole song just has a happy hopeful feel. Amazing work, keep it up!!

Buzumba responds:

Glad you enjoy it! I definitely think I could go back and make some things (Guitar re-recording, Low end clarity, and maybe compressing the drums a little more) better, but that might just be me being overcritical of something because I created it. Anyways... I really appreciate it dude! :3

Ooh definitely has a funky chase vibe, I love it! Would probably even fit in some 80s/90s movie scene lol. I love the instruments you used, and the organs sound so powerful and sick when they kick in. Somehow also sounds a little like sonic music too lol, maybe it's FM instruments or something. The progression is also amazing, it constantly evolves and spices itself up. Keep up the amazing work once again!!

SnekkMusic responds:

Thanks for the kind words! For the chorus bit (after the organs), I was definitely inspired by Sonic, using a lot of Korg instrumentation there.

Let's go keygen music!!! I love the keygen style a bunch :D
This does sound like something that would come with some kind of keygen, just slightly longer. I'm honestly impressed you managed to utilize that one Nexus chiptune DL because I always found it bleh, but in here it actually sounds pretty good! The slow introduction of more instruments was very nicely executed. Great work, keep it up!
