Wow

I'm honestly not in to funk, but this is still pretty cool. It really sounds like something from a wario ware game, haha

Bass, melody, and harmony are perfectly balanced in your song. It has very nice/interesting progression and good choice in instruments. They all sound funky, just like a funk song should sound like :P

Good job, anyways :)

ZNH789 responds:

I appreciate the feedback. Thanks for listening! :)

Well well well, look who i found :P

Really nice remix fam, it has very good melody and harmony; the only thing I would suggest adding is a bit more bass. It doesn't have to be retro bass, just any kind of bass to make the song sound more powerful in general. Otherwise this is great

I gotchu tho

M-Gentalmen responds:

eyyy you found me ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Thanks fam, I should have put in more bass. But, I lost the project file already so I can't fix it. Oh well...

Oh man this is so relaxing but so up beat at the same time!

The reverb on the snaps in some parts sounds so nice, and the piano intermissions are also pretty cool :D

Only thing is around 2:20 the drum beat seems a bit off, but everything else is perfect :)

JoarZ responds:

Ah I see thanks man anyways :D

Holy crap, this song is legitimately flawless

I can't find a single thing wrong with it. Not repetitive, has good mixing, has nice melody... this song has everything...

Please make more!

JoarZ responds:

Thanks for the positive feedback <3

Sounds like a mix between dance and country! Very interesting :)

If you want to make it sound more like wild west though, it would have to be a bit less intense instruments such as electric guitars and trumpets, and have more woodwinds. Thats just my opinion though. Great job on the song!

AlexMaden responds:

Yea I totally agree with you. It got a bit out of hand, and I used too many instruments and kind of lost that Wild West spark it had in the beginning.
Thanks for the feedback though, Always Appreciated!

Sounds cool! Though, I have some suggestions

I think the song could have used more "Dance leads". Just some louder instruments with some interesting melodies to make this song even better. But otherwise, I think you did a great job, keep it up :)

demon1000 responds:

Ok i will see what i can do... Thanks!

This sounds so good! I do have a suggestion though

the cardboard box and sharpies were a great idea, but they could have used a teeny bit of balancing. Maybe a bit quieter, or emit higher frequencies, and less reverb on them (if you used it). But otherwise, the whole piece was awesome and please make more :)

Bitbeak responds:

Thankyou so much for the constructive review!

It was my first time to do non-digital percussion so it's all been an experiment. Will definitely dampen out the reverb a touch next time :D

Oh man I just wish it was a teeny bit longer! Good job, though :)

ANGELGRIS responds:

Thanks a lot man! I was thinking about doing more stuff like this in the future so maybe I´ll re record this same song or do something larger and better. It´s just a mattter of time.Anyway thanks for the review my friend.

Sounds really groovy, and catchy too!

DjAbbic responds:

That's what I was thinking too :D

Sounds very nice! Haven't heard these in a long while :)
Looking forward to more of these from you!

Also, mind telling me what xylophone you used, and the instrument you used for the melody?
