This was quite nice, I liked it! :)
It was a pretty sleepy loop as the title implies, very retro synthy which was nice. Sounds like of like a results screen in a game maybe, or something of the sort. In general it's just very beautiful and calming because of the instruments you used, the dynamics and the overall composition. So great work, keep it coming!

This was so amazing and beautiful, it really helped me chill out in the morning! I love the crisp high frequency noises you used as harmony, they really added to the feel of the song. The guitar riffs were also beautiful, and the different transitions you have into different grooves were awesome too. Even though the guitar riff would mostly stay the same, the song would never stagnate and feel everchanging as it went on. Awesome work, keep it coming!

Thanks for your review! Truly means a lot!

This is so amazingly beautiful, I love it so much! The melody constantly changes into something new and amazing, slowly progressing into something great each time. It kinda sounds hopeful and happy which is very nice. All the instruments sound very cohesive with each other yet distinct enough to be harmonious together. There's just too much I can say about this haha. Amazing work, keep it up!!

OpenLight responds:

Thank you so much! This one was really tough for me to finalize, so I'm glad to hear it all turned out well!

This had a very interesting build up and I really like where it went throughout, very beautiful! Kind of seems almost melancholy and very mysterious, not happy or sad but just a mess of feelings (in a good way). I like the slow build up of dynamics as well, it really suits the ambient genre. The end still somehow manages to be somewhat climactic which is also very interesting. Amazing work, keep it up!

Glad you like it^^
Im spending alot of thought for this project. I think i did a good job raising and dropping tension in the whole album without using drums, which of course was a challenge!

This sounds silly and groovy in all the right fun ways, love it! It sounds like something that could play during a dialogue with a weird/funky NPC. The cowbell and other weird sound effects fit very nicely here too to emphasize the mood. It's not necessarily just weird though, it's also kinda light hearted and happy. Great work, keep it up!

Thanks for the review :)
A lot more s bout to come

This sounds so fun and exciting! It almost sounds like a base Geometry Dash song haha. I love how bassy the melody is, and the main melody itself is very beautiful too. The slow intermission in the middle was very nice, and the shift to a different melody after it came along good as well. Great work, keep it up!

Synfang responds:

Thank you! While I wasn't inspired by the songs in base GD (barring a VERY slight inspiration from the half of "Electrodynamix" that didn't make it into the level, which factored into "Parkour"'s bridge), I was drawing a bunch from early DJVI (and to a lesser degree, early F-777). You might've noticed that though, considering the resemblance of "Parkour"'s drop 1 melody to the melody of "Angels" by DJVI.
In any case, thanks for the compliment! :D

I love the slow buildup on this track, it fits the genre and the style you're going for perfectly! And that big part towards 1:45 is a very nice climactic near conclusion to it all. The whole structure of the song is just very well done in my opinion. And even though the title of the song sounds pretty cold it makes me feel warm. Great job, keep it up! :)

SplatterDash responds:

Thanks! :D

This is very groovy, I like it! It builds on different parts that might start getting repetitive to avoid getting boring, so I really liked that. The instruments you choice fit your groove very well, and the percussion was very well done. Interesting choice in picking up the pace and changing the melody around 2:05 and making it much more intense. Great work, keep it up :)

Very beautiful, great work! It sounds very dramatic and calming at the same time. I love the piano parts in the song the most. And the plucks were a great choice. Awesome work, keep it up :)

The melody in this song is so exciting! I love the rifs, the groove, and everything about it. It feels really good to listen to, if you know what I mean. I love fast parts in the song as well, they are very intense yet somehow relieving. This almost sounds like happy og Doom music? lol. Anyways great work, keep it coming!
