This takes so much twists and turns, very cool for a dubstep song! I love your use of the occasional guitar, and the mix up of synths you use for your composition. It also sounds very mid 2010s, so the album is very fitting haha. Keep up the awesome stuff :)

Thank You for the positive feedback !
Every track is gonna get more and more 2010s-ish.. hehehe.. I just wanted to make more of these Blaze, Sub.Sound, Dec3mber, Zomboy, Killher era tracks, and I hope I don't disappoint ! :)

Very interesting. Sounds like early 2000's fighting game music, would work very well as a loop. Reverb is sick on this one, and I like your use of strings for an otherwise heavy piece. In this case, I like the use of repetitiveness since it's for a small menu, but I still really enjoy how even then you added variety to make it sound even better. Great job again, can't wait for more!

Vultyrex responds:

Thank you. It's surprisingly a good fallback until I create or choose whatever sound I want to ultimately use on a select screen. Figured I'd give this one out. :)

Wow! Very immersive ambience you got going throughout the track here, and the mix is awesomely clean. You're using very nice sounds here too, sounds very gloomy and just overall acidic. Could definitely work for some kind of fight theme as you said. Keep up the great work :)

Vultyrex responds:

Thank you. I try to capture the location/setting and convert it to a sound that'll make you think that's where you are.

Very calming, and very beautiful. I love the slow development of all the instruments and melodies into this song, and the very lighthearted theme. The gated noise throughout the piece really carries you through the whole song; it's familiar and almost guiding in a way while the rest of the melody develops further. The homophony in the melodies is also great, the main melody is always supported by all these other beautiful voices, it really sounds full and spacious at the same time! This is amazing and beautiful work, keep it up :)

Oh wow I love the progression on this so much! It's so light hearted, happy and playful :D
Super energizing and mood lifting, with really cool instrumentation and effects throughout. I love the little marimba flairs you put into this, it really gives it a strong dance feeling. The intermissions in the song are great too, they're very enticing and are perfect for shifting the progression. The stabs are awesome drivers for the melody you provide, and I love the homophonic melodies that really immerse you deeper into the song.

My favorite part about this piece though is it feels a bit adventurous. It starts happy, but then we shift to a more darker theme, and then towards the end the happiness wins (yay lol)! You don't ever feel like you're stuck in one point of time while listening to this song, and I think that's very awesome. Can't wait to see more great stuff from you!

Preds responds:

Wow, thank you so much for the awesome review! Glad you liked it, and yeah, I was aiming for a dark vs happy genre, I guess it turned out good in the end :).
Also, don't be too confident about happiness winning this, the dark mood still has something to show... soon... ;).

Thanks again~

This song feels kind of like a journey, which I really like; there's not that much out there like this, let alone stuff that retains my attention! Also correct me if I'm wrong... your drums are at 6/8 at some parts? That's really cool and creative, it takes a lot of courage to work with different meters and make something that sounds good haha. The synthetic textures in this are beautiful, and the percussion definitely fits the Synthwave genre. Very spacious, great use of reverb, and perfect timing to keep this interesting through all 7.5 minutes. Keep up the awesome work :)

ItsBurner responds:

You guessed right ! I was inspired by the drumming in "Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica.
You pretty much understood the song, I have nothing to add, thank you very much for your kind words =]

Really interesting, I haven't heard much songs like this actually. It reminds me kind of if video game music had a crossover with trance, but I think it's pretty cool! I like your more unique melody and chord progression, it makes your piece stand out more amongst other music. The slidey lead instrument was also very fun! Only things I'd improve a bit was the panning, as it sounded a little disorienting (or at least to me). But otherwise great job, keep it up!

Really nice work! Kinda sounds like one of those Minecraft ambient tracks that I would hear when I was way younger so it's a little nostalgic too :)

I love your low pass pluck you used, and the alternating notes for the harmony/bass. I think overall you managed to keep the ambience theme very well throughout. Keep it up!

This sounds very calming and chill. I love the different combination of sounds you used to give a bit more of a unique flavor to your track; the 8 bit noise high hats, the bell like arps, the pluck, the compressed percussion, and all that echo, really makes this sound beautiful! I think you really managed to produce something beautiful here, and I definitely think you should keep up the great work :)
