This sounds like old 2000s web game music, I really like it! The small buildups throughout the melody really help make this feel light hearted, happy, and fuzzy. The bell like instruments for the harmony (and partially melody) were a great idea. In general this just makes me very happy when listening to it so I think you did a great job, so keep it coming!!

Oooh this is funky, I like it! It's very synthwave-y with a more modern dance twist. The instruments you used were really good, and fit the style/genre well, especially the 80s like synths. The progressions are very beautiful and enjoyable to listen to as well. The end fade is also very retro, so that's nice! Keep up the awesome work :)

Thankyou, I'm so glad you liked it!

This sounds kind of like a mix between sonic and megaman music, very cool! I love how you keep the excitement going through the whole song, building up to something endless. The instruments you used fit very well together, including the percussion which just made the song pop. The ending is also very fitting for a song about a rocket haha. Great work and keep it coming :D

CarterGuy responds:

Thanks man!

Very relaxing and beautiful! I love the slow swelling strings, the gentle piano, and the occasional mallet percussion. I think this would even work very well in a game for either a relaxing zone, or a cutscene. Great work, keep it up!

That drop was awesome! This song in general takes a lot of different fun, beautiful turns, and the melody throughout is very awesome. I love the occasional quiet breaks that shift into something more intense as well as it helps build up mood. The space of this track is also really big from all the reverb and wide instruments, which is really nice to me. Great work, keep it up!!

Thank you so much dude, glad you liked it 8)

This is so beautiful! Even though you didn't get to release it on pixel day, I'm happy you released it at all because the composition, flow, and melody of this song are all amazing. I love how you pretty much stuck to exclusively chiptune instruments and still got something that sounds so awesome. The melody is definitely my favorite part, I really loved how it sounded from start to finish. Just fantastic work in general, keep it coming!!

Thank you so much for your kind review! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

This was a very interesting experimental song, mostly because I never considered that harsh ambient can kinda work. In your case, it definitely did work and come out very interesting! While not relaxing like normal ambient, it would fit perfectly into some kind of grimy action scene in a game for example, or just something very intense and dark. Besides maybe getting a little tiny bit too loud sometimes, I do really like this, so awesome job and keep it coming!

This is perfect for an environment that's mysterious, eerie, or dark in nature. I love the slow buildups, they are perfect for this style. And as the music progresses, more and more varying melodies can start to be heard. This is beautiful music that sounds intriguing as well as relaxing somehow at the same time. Amazing work, keep it coming!

terroristimusicali responds:

Wow! Thank you very much!

Very interesting soundscapes you have going on here, I really like the textures that develop over time. At first I wasn't sure where the song was going, but it ended up being very interesting, dramatic, and ethereal all at once as it progressed. Kind of like if ambient was on crack lol. It's just very beautiful and I love every twist and turn! So great work, keep it coming :)

Drakensson responds:

Thank you Octopus. Much appreciated : )

This sounds so retro! Just like the kind of stuff you'd hear in those old onehourcompo contests. It really reminds me of launcher/keygen music. I love the melodies, and throughout the whole song there is no stagnation making things sound non repetitive and ever changing. I love your usage of pitch bend and vibrato too! Awesome work, keep it coming :D

supermelon-creations responds:

thx and yes I think that was also kind of the vibe where I was going for, but I used 3xOsc to imitate chiptune sounds, but I think I might've been better off if I just used serum for everything, but right now it sounds better than I originally expected. and I'll try my best tho I probably won't make a lot of chiptune music sorryz if thats what you prefer heheh.
