What a cozy looking picture! I love how the colors, texture and style you used create a very cozy atmosphere. One of my favorite small things about this art is how the snowman has different sizes and shapes for each button, smile piece and eyes. It really shows how much effort you put in to the artwork. Great job, keep drawing!

thank you so much!!!!

Drawing flowers is pretty hard, but I think you did a great job! The shading is very simple, helping the piece feel much more cartoony, which I really like. The character is also very good looking, though I suggest shading the face a little more. The background is also very nice and doesn't contrast too much with the focus. Keep it up :)

PompiUwU responds:

Thank you very much! although I read this late because I did not see the notification, thanks for the suggestions :D

This is a really cool gif, especially the way you did the lighting! I feel like the gif compression didn't do it justice ^^;

The funny style really fits the overall mood of the picture, and the shading is very good on both the lit/unlit objects. I think it would be really cool if you make some more animations, as this one turned out great!

mistakeofnature responds:

thanks!
i do make animations but they go on my yt channel (and one went here). im still new to animation tho so there isnt that many of them

Very simple but very nice, I like the colors you used to emphasize more of a sad mood. The style is also very funny/comical which I think fits a lot. Great job!

mistakeofnature responds:

thanks! its actually a part of a bigger animation that i put on my yt channel but i found it extremely funny

What a cool and creepy little creature! Really reminds me of some of those oddly shaped bonsai trees. I love how you gave the wood a certain texture that makes it very obvious it's wood, and how you managed to incorporate a small face into it without making it look out of place. I also just like the small touch of the textured beige background, it really fits with the rest of the colors. Great job, hoping to see more!

FuckuB2 responds:

I literally refreshed the tree that is next to me. And it looks like he has a mouth and an eye ... Unfortunately, I did not match the size of the paper and I did not manage to draw the rest of the leaves :(. And the next drawing is an orchid from my window sill :) thank you for the rating and comment: P

Ooh a gif! I think that's a pretty cool animation, for a lot of reasons. First off, it's smooth, so there's no sudden or jarring movements. Secondly, I like how even the "static" frames are kinda wiggly/wobbly to keep the animation dynamic and never still. And finally I just like it because it's funny haha

Keep making more awesome stuff :)

Thank you very much, I needed to read something like this today. n-n)

Really interesting picture, I like it! My favorite though is the colors you used. The shades of yellow and pink blending into white make a really cool color for the background, especially fading into blueish gray hues in the middle. The shading on the actual character is very rough too in a cool way that fits the picture as a whole. Great job!

Stopsignal responds:

Thank you so much! The roughiness is on purpose, but i'm still practicing it. Looks like i'm getting better at it if you say that though, so thanks!

I really like the soft pastel colors on this, and the different strokes/softness of the brushes you used. It really makes the picture feel calming and beautiful :)

Piggybank12 responds:

Thank you, I'm happy you like the result! It was fun to use a mix of different brushes to pull off the look of this one.

What a funny looking monke
For real though, this is very awesome, it looks like a hand drawn painting! Even the little hairs have so much detail, it really feels like this thing is about to come to life. The colors you chose are perfect, and I also really love how you used the brownish red colors for the eyes. Overall this just feels like a nice friendly monkey painting :)

Morrokhai responds:

Thank you very much for such a lovely comment!!

This is so interesting, as it looks like an actual creature because of the anatomy you gave it! I love the shading around the creature, but the creature itself is amazing nonetheless, as the shading is so precise you can see every rib and depression in the body. It's even more amazing how you put detail into every little hair! Great job :)

Thanks.
