The shading on this picture is awesome. I love how you can see the bright sun touching the deer's shirt, and it's a really cool attention to detail considering its morning and the sun is only rising. The actual deer is very well drawn too, I think its interesting how you combined the design of the animal and yet gave it human hands. Great work, keep it up :)

Another one with depth of field, but this time with a beautiful sun rise/set sky in the background. I really love how you blended the colors more and more as it goes further, yet you can still make out the shapes. Amazing and beautiful work!

Thanks, I appreciate your reviews, they mean a lot (especially for me, I tend to start disliking my paintings and debate posting them).

The depth of field in this one is amazing. I don't think I've seen this effect replicated in paintings much, so it's very beautiful to see how you did it, and how freakishly accurate it is. Awesome!

EduardBey responds:

Thank you for noticing the dof. I absolutely love dof in paintings, and theres many ways of acheiving it I definitely want to practice it more.

I notice that you have 3 pictures in this series so I'll try to say a bit about each one (which by the way, all of them are amazing). I really love the pollen accent on this one, where you can actually see not only pollen on the sunflower, but also pollen on the bees legs. It's very accurate to how it looks like in real life and I really think the attention to detail is amazing! Keep it coming :D

Thank you! They were really interesting studies, I tend to paint in blobs so I learned alot with these and still need to practice more.

Very interesting and beautiful picture of cats! Straight off the bat, I love the texturing you used for the image, it looks a little textile-y. Secondly the anatomy of the cats is spot on. Third I just love the design of both cats very much, they look unique and intriguing. The scenery is also very nicely made. Keep up the great work :D

This is overall a great picture. I love how the background uses the old retro sega genesis patterns and colors, and I really like the very stylized way you drew sonic. It's a great anniversary picture to commemorate with. Awesome work, keep it coming!

Aw thank you so much!! Your kind comments means a lot!! ^^

I love it so much! The way you colored them really represents each sonic era style very well. Adding bunny sonic was a great idea imo as he was a really OG sonic asset, so good on you for htat. My favorite has to be the way you drew classic sonic for sure! Keep it up with the great stuff :D

Thank you so much!!

I love this spin on the short lived E3 meme, it feels very jokey but even then I just love the expression you gave all 3 dogs looking at the screen. Really funny stuff, keep it coming :)

Love that sonic 1 box art recreation! It's very stylized, and looks like a mix between modern and classic sonic. The textures you gave different parts of the image are great too, and I just really like the slightly more muted color palette. Really beautiful stuff, keep it up :D

Very cool interpretation of Tricky, I really like the rugged lines and hard coloring style. The face is very grimacing which is suiting for the character, and the teeth look pretty spooky. Great stuff, keep it up :)
